Went today for the first time, I ordered and ate outside and then went inside with my toddler to use the restroom. (I’m also pregnant)The owners rudely said no, didn’t even look up and told me to run across the (busy) street to use a port a potty. Very rude customer service after we dropped $100.

Was here only for a day and the first thing we got when we walked in was a bad look. I asked the lady if she knew where the bathroom was and she said yeah but didn't direct me to it . Was verry rude about it and the food was not good. Racist !! She looked at my family with disgust . Do not come here u are better off at the Friendly's near by

I've driven by this place a bunch, but never tried it until recently. The fresh strawberry ginger soda was great too.

Best place ever. Perfect location. Amazing food. And the customer service is phenomenal - an employee literally chased me down in the parking lot when he saw my dog was with me just to give my dog a treat. Barlow's is the highlight of my summers.

Was looked at with disgust from the second I walked in. Woman was rude to me and my employee the entire time we were there. Was asked to order outside. Which is fine. We placed our order while she was rolling her eyes at us, covering her face and acting like we were putting her out the whole time. She then gave us our order which we soon realized was the wrong order. When we brought this to her attention she proceeded to rip it out of my hands and scoff at me and tell me it wasn’t my order. Very rude and unprofessional. I am on the road all the time and would have given this place a lot of my business. Always love supporting small businesses, but not when they don’t appreciate their customers like this. Too bad.

Stopped on the way out of Cape Cod to get a last minute fish fix, and I'm glad I did. The building may have seen better days, but the food was delicious. This is not a 5 star fancy restaurant by any means, but the food was hot and delicious. I had a stuffed quahog and the fish and chips. The fish was hot, fresh, moist and tasty. The stuffed quahog wasn't dried out like other places, and it had just a touch of heat to it, which was a pleasant surprise. The wife had a cheeseburger and fries, and she also gave it a thumbs up. There is inside seating as well as outside picnic tables. If you want some fresh, delicious and fast seafood, stop in. You won't break the bank. I think I found a new place to stop on the way in and out of Cape Cod!

After calling and looking on website for hours,we drove 45minutes arriving at 4:15. They state open till 5. Door was open ,service window was open but they said "sorry we are closed ". I stayed how I called and was told open till 5 and girl said know ,but we are closed". I will never go back again,that was so rude,and I will tell everyone I know not to give them business

Great spot to stop on the way out of town. Their fried fish sandwich special was great. Lobster roll was wicked good, just like the sign. A nice local run business.

We spent a week in Truro and were on our way off the cape looking for a lobster roll.. Given Barlow's reputation we stopped. The only thing good about the lobster rolls were the rolls. I've read lately that a lot of lobster rolls are not actually made of lobster meat but a white fish or haddock and imitation crab meat molded into the shape of a fin or tail. The taste was fishy, rubbery and after a week of lobsters we witnessed coming right off the boat, it was like night and day. I don't know what they served, but it wasn't lobster. After taking a detour taking us way out of our way to try their "famous" lobster rolls, my 30 year old daughter described hers exactly as mine and neither of us could finish them. I gave them 1 for the French fries, roll , and available portapotties. And minus 1 for the overflowing trash can so you couldn't add one more awful mockery of a disappointing wannabe lobster roll to it.

Excellent menu selection and great walk up window service too! Clam Fitters are the best this side of the Canal, large portions and fresh, lightly battered seafood is great!...Outside seating is ideal but plenty of room and quiet ambiance inside too!

Fish and chips decent but small portion

We accidentally just stopped here thinking it was Seafood Shanty, and my goodness am I glad!!! Absolutely delicious, huge portions, and not a bad price tag. If you’re in the area, there’s no excuse not to stop in. Seriously......amazing.

Unfriendly and the food wasn't particularly memorable. Stars for a nice bathroom and clean outdoor seating.

Standard fare seafood shack. Prices are comparable to other Cape restaurant s, but the food wasn't worth the price in my humble opinion.

The whole belly clams are AMAZING! The bellies are big and creamy, the breading is perfect. Absolutely delicious! I always just get a side order of clams and you get a LOT. I got a lobster roll to go once and wasnt impressed, the bread was soggy and they only take cash for payment otherwise, I would give them 5 stars. Def get their whole belly clams though, you will not be dosappointed and you will crave them .

No idea why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. We came in after awful traffic and just needed somewhere to eat. Completely overwhelmed with the hospitality and amazing food we had. Freshest fish/seafood I’ve ever had and nicest employees!! Wish I could give them 10 stars!!

I got the fish and chips it was like $12 to 1295 it was delicious while worth the money a lot of fish I got mine with a side of onion rings they were all nice and lightly battered crispy it was delicious
